Cynthia is a model nurse. Not just being thorough with patient care and compassionate, but she displays safety and critical thinking with every patient she has. She is one of the hardest working nurses I know, and her patients recognize that. I have talked to her patients and they sing her praises. She confronts obstacles without hesitation and will do just about anything for the patient to make sure they are safe, clean, cared for, and receiving their ordered plan of care. When I think of our best well-rounded nurse, I think of her, positive, energetic, thorough, intelligent and so compassionate.
