Cynthia M. Bayardo-Saclayan, RN

Cynthia joined ANMC as a CNA in 2017. During her time here she has grown into a tech and most recently a new graduate RN. She has the innate ability to make every one of her patients feel safe, special, and as if they are the only ones being treated. She proactively identifies patients’ comfort needs before they realize their own needs. Cynthia brings a warm blanket, a snack, or a few minutes to talk. My Mom was recently seen at ANTHC, she received exceptional service from her provider who was thorough and listened with care to what she said. The star of our experience was Nurse Cynthia, my mom absolutely loved her. She was engaging, and friendly and took the time to make sure my mom was comfortable. Despite it being very busy on the unit, I heard Cynthia ask the other nurses if they needed any help. Quyana for excellent service!
