The leadership in the infusion center has had a profound impact on my own team at the University of Texas Health Austin, helping to create an environment where all staff feel confident and well-equipped to provide the best possible care. As the charge nurse, Cynthia excels in managing the daily operations of the infusion center by responding to and accommodating the acute patient care needs requested by the surgical/gynecology/hematology clinic I work for at UTHA.
