Cynthia Palmer-Rufus, RN

My brother, J, was a patient at Fairview Hospital. All of the staff on the floor were very kind and efficient. In my opinion, Cynthia went above and beyond in not only caring for my brother but also in making sure I was aware of everything about his care and treatment. She spent time patiently explaining everything to us and answering all of my questions. She even called me after I had left to give me an update so I was kept in the loop about J's care. I feel that she should be recognized for her dedication and kindness.
