Cynthia was such an amazing nurse for my daughter. She was so welcoming when we were admitted. She took the time to take care of me and my visitors. I felt safe leaving my daughter with her to take a break. She provided full updates and teaching for any questions I had. I could see how she led the other staff and was a mentor and leader, going above the minimal that some nurses do. She was always smiling and helping. She went above and beyond what I saw from others. We were lucky to have her as our nurse and hope everyone sees what an excellent nurse she is. UMC is lucky to have her and she deserves recognition.
