Cindy goes above and beyond for her patients and families. She is very kindhearted, loving, caring and always puts patients and families first. We had a patient come into Dove for a respite stay because the sister of the patient was taking care of her but was having medical issues of her own and needed to go to CHC for testing. While the sister was waiting to go for testing at the hospital, the patient was declining quickly, and Cindy knew that the sisters would want to be together one last time. Cindy called the sister's nurse on the floor and the charge nurse and arranged for the sister to come over from the hospital to say her final goodbyes. Everything fell into place thanks to Cindy. The final moments for these two sisters were very precious and touching and will not be forgotten. Thank you, Cindy, for all that you do.
