The morning that Cynthia came into my room for the first time, I could immediately tell I was going to be in very good hands.
Cynthia was always in a great mood and her attitude told me that she really did care. Nurses have so much to do to take care of all of their patients but Cynthia always made sure I had everything I needed without me having to page her. She went above and beyond to provide excellent, compassionate care. The morning that Cynthia came into my room for the first time, I could immediately tell I was going to be in very good hands. I had a rough night and I was concerned about everything. Cynthia tidied up my room, took her time with me, and just had the best attitude.

Cynthia is one of the most compassionate people I have come into contact with. She explained all of the medical equipment I was hooked up to and let me know this was to prevent blood clots in my legs. She brought me food when I was hungry, made sure I didn’t look like a mess, and just went way above and beyond my expectations. I have been admitted to the hospital a few times in my life and Cynthia was by far the best nurse I have ever had taking care of me. She made sure to include all information on the whiteboard so I knew whom to call, what to expect, and the plan for the day. She made sure I had my home medications ordered and brought them to me on time so that I could manage my anxiety which can be a struggle when I am hospitalized. She is such a special person, she takes her job seriously.
