Cindy has found a way to make her patients happy, laughing and relaxed. By the time you are discharged from the bronchoscopy suite, you feel as though you have made a new wonderful friend. She is so positive and lighthearted no matter what is going on around her. She is perfect for making patients relax. I'm sure she has bad days, but you would never know it from her laughter and smile.
