I thank and commend Cynthia for her proficiency and professionalism. She communicates well with children and has a caring demeanor. She moves rapidly yet reduces the pace to ensure the patient remains a priority. Her range is strong as she adjusts between communicating between parent and adults. Her facial expressions communicate concern. Her eyes convey compassion. My son had a case of bad poison oak. He is ten. She did a nice job with the injection. She explained it well, worked fast, and was kind.
