Cynthia went out of her way to provide my boyfriend with exceptional care. She explained everything from the medication he was receiving to what the actual medication is for. She talked to him personably and kept it professional. He is afraid of needles, and Cynthia made him feel so comfortable to the point of putting a new IV in. She talked to him the whole time, and he didn't know, and he didn't even know she was done.

She was funny, caring, and honestly one of the greatest caregivers he has ever received. When he was having stomach issues nonstop, Cynthia went out of her way to care for him and reassure him. She never missed a beat, even though she had other patients; she didn't stop giving exceptional care. (100/10 care) A fantastic nurse, we wish she could have transferred rooms to keep having her level of care! Thank you, Cynthia!
