Cynthia Washington, RN, CEN

Cynthia is an exceptional nurse who I have watched on numerous occasions use her assessment skills to identify critical emergent needs and help the patient get timely care. This has been a pivotal moment for many patients, and her quick actions have saved lives. Not only is she wonderful with her patients, but she is also an exceptional teacher and mentor to new nurses. I will be forever grateful for all I have learned from her. There is not a single example I can use because, during every shift with her, she puts the patients first and knows how to quickly identify what is emergent or not.
