My mother and I were so blessed to have such a caring and compassionate person. Cindy was on call at the time my mother passed away. She was also the nurse we had on a regular basis. I was numb when it happened - I knew it was coming but no one is ever prepared. She talked me through it and allowed me time to grieve, and arranged so that when I went to shower and calm down, they came and took my mother so I didn't have to witness them picking her up out of the bed.
