Cyrel is collaborative, using her unique skills and strengths to accomplish more alongside her peers than is possible individually. She trains other nurses on apheresis and has covered apheresis call for multiple weeks at a time to make sure our patients were able to get the care they needed at any hour of the day. She is proactive, by taking initiative to make an impact with her work. She is often the first to clock in, she is early, and she effortlessly glides through her day and her patient load. Cyrel is reliable, putting patients and partners first, working with honesty and integrity and never compromising safety. She is respectful, leads by example and is a trusted coworker. Lastly, she is excellent - Cyrel is results-oriented and uses best practice. She strives for quality care and helps represent our team in an exceptional manner out in the field.
