My husband has been in the OR six times this past year. Cyrell has been the nurse who has put in his IV four of the six times. She has done an excellent job each time and has listened to my husband when he has requested a particular location site.
Cyrell has taken the time to connect with us in a personal way. She has made us feel like real people, not just another body coming through. Her compassionate care has put us at ease.
Touch is an important part of healing. She has held our hands and last time she asked if she could give each of us a hug which we gladly accepted.
