I came in for a biopsy at the VA hospital. Everyone that I had dealings with was very well trained and gave me confidence that they would find the problem that I have been experiencing for the last four years. Czarina was especially attentive to my every need and comfort. She actually had a heartfelt sincerity in helping and listening to me. I have never in my 74 years experienced the kind of care and concern for my well-being. She, in my opinion, deserves to receive the honor and pride awaiting your Extraordinary Nurse.
