Czarina's care and empathy were present in everything she did for me during my stay. She often suggested many simple things that increased my comfort level after my bilateral total knee replacements. She was timely with medications, gentle with 2 AM blood draws, and also with blood thinner injections each morning. This was always with a smile, a caring manner, and she is, in every way, a superb member of her profession.
