D7 received 7 separate nominations from all over the facility. D7 has not just maintained high patient experience scores but is also so engaged with each other that their positivity is evident in their daily patient care. Each team member provides outreach to patients, whether on D7 or transferred elsewhere, and provides extra clothing and resources, and can be seen providing continued healing through the power of listening and prayers. Not everyone can do what the D7 staff does when it comes to cancer diagnosis, and it certainly is not for everyone else. This staff continues to provide empathy and care for all their patients and each other. Thank you for all you do and for being such extraordinary individuals, giving meaningful care for our patients and the community.
