My husband and I have spent many days in your hospital, one year and 111 days, and other hospitals as well. Daesha Hamilton is by far the most compassionate, caring and loving nurse we have ever encountered. My husband suffered his 4th heart attack and placed in the unit there. She made an extremely and most scary experience seem not so scary. Her care for my husband was the best we have ever experienced. We have had a lot of wonderful nurses there but Daesha is more than a nurse to us now; she is part of our extended family. Her compassionate care for him was so comforting and meant so much to us.
My husband doesn't have long to live and I hope he is around to know that she received this award, no one is as worthy of it as she is. I could go on and on about her, but sometimes words don't do justice to what one feels.
