If there is a nurse with whom everyone gets along, it is Dagmawit or Dagi for short. Dagi is a ray of sunshine to her colleagues. Her presence with our team is like a beacon of light in the darkest of times, especially on days that never seem to go right. Her positivity, grace, and unwavering dedication inspire us all. Dagi makes the toughest days seem manageable with her calm energy and genuine kindness.  
 
Dagi is a great team player and makes almost everything seem ‘easy’ as she works with great focus and ease. Her ability to effortlessly collaborate with our team and guide our new nurses speaks volumes about her leadership and compassion. Dagi’s willingness to continuously learn and train in all dialysis modalities, including pediatrics, is truly admirable and reflects her commitment to excellence and serving leadership. 
 
It is hard to find a positive role model in the fast pace and high demand of inpatient dialysis services, however we have found one in Dagi. Following our Fresenius core values, she always puts patients and partners first. Las Vegas Leadership recognizes her consistency and composure in challenging situations, always ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients every day.
