Daily ensures that I understand everything by translating for me. She always takes the time to listen to how I am feeling, and if there are any issues, she promptly contacts the doctor to resolve them.
I have been a patient of Dr. K since 2022. When I returned for treatment in 2023, I had the pleasure of meeting Daily Morales. I was very nervous about my stimulation treatment, as it required an IV placement, and my veins are very challenging. I expressed my fear to Daily, and she immediately put my mind at ease. She assured me that she would do her best to get it right the first time, and she did.
Since that day, Daily has been my guardian angel. Every time I come for my treatment, Daily greets me warmly. During my on-treatment visits with Dr. K every Thursday, Daily ensures that I understand everything by translating for me. She always takes the time to listen to how I am feeling, and if there are any issues, she promptly contacts the doctor to resolve them. Daily goes above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. She called me multiple times while I was hospitalized to check on me and make sure I was doing okay. Her presence has made my treatment more bearable. Her reassuring words and constant support have given me the strength to endure. Daily Morales exemplifies the qualities of an extraordinary nurse, and I am grateful for her compassionate care.

Whether it's following up with patients, translating for them during OTV days, or simply being there to listen, Daily always puts the patients' needs first. She is not only attentive to our patients but also to the team. She is always willing to offer her help, and her knowledge and charisma make her a valuable member of our team. She keeps track of our hospitalized patients, follows up on their care plans, and updates the team regularly.
