Dairly has consistently demonstrated excellent nursing skills with her patients, particularly those with wounds. Her assessment skills are excellent and most of all she usually makes the correct judgment calls whenever confronted with a problematic wound care issue. Her patients love her and are comforted by the confident way she performs her nursing duties and relevant teaching. Some patients have consistently asked that she provide their nursing care.
