One day, a water leak erupted in the plumbing at TriHealth Rehabilitation Hospital, and Dakota Pack sprang into action. He spent four hours working to remove the water, which was damaging the building. He also helped other staff members come up with solutions until a plumbing crew arrived. Nobody had to ask.

"That’s Dakota," said his nominator. “He is eager to lend a helping hand, regardless of whether the patient is on his caseload,” the nominator wrote. “He goes out of his way to establish a rapport with patients and families, giving him a reputation as a compassionate leader.”
