Dakotah was amazing! My wife and I had a complicated delivery where one of our twins had to go to the NICU. We were devastated that the twins were separated and really wanted to go over to check on her together, but due to hospital rules we had to have one parent in the room. Dakotah offered to take our healthy twin to the nursery while doing her ‘checks’ while we visited the other twin. I can’t express how much this improved our stay, my wife’s stress, and our overall happiness improved so much. I was in tears with my wife getting to share that first visit together and it will be a core memory of mine. The fact that Dakotah was able to do this for us is a story that I will share with my daughter and family in the future to come and I will never forget it. She was also very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions, which were plentiful. She was always happy, professional, and energetic and always lightened our stressed and emotional mood when she came in. She was really the defining piece of our stay.
