Through accompanying my father, mother, and sister during their healthcare journeys at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, in addition to my exposure to and visits to leading international healthcare institutions — including Cleveland Clinic Ohio, Mayo Clinic Manchester, and several hospitals in the United Kingdom and other countries — I have gained broad insight into global standards of healthcare delivery and patient-centered care.

During this period, I was particularly impressed by the outstanding performance of one of the nurses caring for my patient. She has been providing care for the second consecutive day following the patient’s discharge from the Intensive Care Unit yesterday, and her presence has had a clearly positive emotional and psychological impact on the patient.

Her approach is consistently kind, professional, and compassionate. She demonstrates a high level of clinical competence combined with genuine empathy, respectful communication, and a warm, reassuring manner. Her ability to interact with patients with politeness, dignity, and sincere care reflects the highest standards of nursing practice.

I felt it was important to formally express my sincere appreciation for this nurse’s exceptional conduct and humane approach. I also kindly encourage the hospital’s management to recognize and support such exemplary nursing professionals, as they represent a true asset to the institution and significantly enhance the patient experience.
