Dale was kind and caring. He was especially compassionate when my husband’s veins were collapsing and switched arms in search of a good vein. My husband had a week of vomiting and diarrhea, so he was dehydrated. He performed all his work in a cheery, conversational way that was comforting. He was very relatable. We are new to the state and the area and felt a little overwhelmed with my husband’s condition, feeling very foreign to the town. But Dale made us feel almost “at home.” Not foreigners or strangers. It was rather comforting as if he was a “friend” helping us out.
