Dale Herring is one amazing RN meeting the needs of her patients 100% and more. She is the weekend charge nurse and I was delighted she was assigned to my care. I am an RN of 47 years yet such with an illness I have little knowledge of esophageal cancer. I have knowledge deficit and am scared. Dale took the time and educated me on post-op needs and surgical recovery. She prompted my activity and participation. She was able to answer all questions. Dale took the time to wash my hair, a tender human touch that assisted my spirits and well being.
