Daleann is an exceptional nurse who always has time to help others, no matter how busy she is. She often takes the time to sit with her patients and hear their stories. Her compassion for her patients and passion for nursing is evident every day she shows up to work. On one specific occasion, Daleann had a patient who was turning 95 and had no family to come visit her in the hospital. Daleann used her own money to buy the patient cupcakes, a balloon, and a card so that she would feel loved and appreciated even though she couldn't be at home with her loved ones.
