Dee is an amazing example of what all nurses should strive to be. Dee went above and beyond what was expected of her. She took the time to explain what her role would be while she was assigned to me. Her upbeat personality lifted up the room every time she entered it. Dee used the whiteboard in the room to write down pertinent information about what needed to be done and any goals for the day. Dee came by the room on regular intervals to check on all vitals and pain levels. Her bedside manner and caring nature truly turned around our experience and was on top of my pain management so I was never above a 7/10. She also explained what all the medications did and listened to any concerns I had and adjusted accordingly. Thank you, Dee.
