I've been in here 2 times now under her care. Both times have been a great experience. She has been the best nurse that I have ever had here at Kaiser (all Kaisers), which I have been with Kaiser for a long time. "Extremely caring nurse to the fullest". Both experiences with her have left an impression. She is one heck of a great nurse. She left a personable impression on my soul. Thank you for everything!

She was very friendly with my daughter (patient), making her feel very comfortable. She was making jokes and making her laugh and not making her feel scared. My daughter said she was so funny and nice.

Nurse Dalia was so happy to help us. I've never had such a pleasant experience being in the ER. She was so nice and helpful. It truly meant so much to my family and me. You can just tell she loves her job and helping people.
