Dalicia is an amazing nurse. I have had the pleasure of working with her for the last 12 years. Every day, she comes to work, giving it her all. It is not the one thing that she has done. It is everything that she does. She is kind, compassionate, honest, hardworking, a leader, and a role model in our clinic. I can't think of anyone that works harder or smarter than she does. She is exceptional with patients. She treats them kindly by answering their questions thoroughly and patiently. She works them in for their appointments in a timely manner and gives vaccines like a pro. She also teaches incoming students and new hires with a smile. She has continued to make this clinic a remarkable experience for patients and co-workers alike.
