I would like to recognize Dallas for the care she gave to both of my parents. One parent was very ill in the ICU, and the other parent's birthday was a few days away. Dallas shared that my ill parent kept bringing up flowers, that's all that was talked about. My other parent explained to Dallas that the patient was not confused, but that every birthday the patient would buy flowers for their birthday.
Dallas went above and beyond to make something very special happen. She purchased flowers and a card. She helped the ill parent sign the card. And then took the flowers and card out to my parent to celebrate a very special birthday!
We cannot thank Dallas enough for taking exceptional care of not only my ill parent but our entire family. Dallas works with a wonderful team of ICU staff who are all truly amazing Healthcare Heroes!! Thank you to all of them!
