I recently underwent a surgical procedure at CAMC where things went really wrong, I was in a lot of pain, and just had a rough time. LPN Dallis Shaffer did everything in her power to turn that around for me, she was amazing. Nurse Shaffer was attentive to my wife and I in a way that was truly incredible, she did everything she could to make us comfortable and attempted to see that all our needs were met. Her concern for her patients is genuine, it's made obvious by the time she takes to communicate and ensure she is doing all she can for you. If everyone shared her concern, her communication skills, not to mention her medical skills, not only would a hospital stay be better, but the world would be a better place!
