Mr. P, age 96, fell at home, cut his head and hands, and blood was pouring when he entered the Emergency Department. Routine procedure was followed but Dalton cared for him with understanding and individualized care while maintaining a professional demeanor. Those 2 warm blankets that Dalton provided were a blessing to a man who sleeps under an electric blanket year-round.
