Damon Giacovelli went above and beyond at every opportunity and provided insights and expertise that were exceptional and timely. He had empathy and helped coordinate care in a way that was extraordinary and allowed a positive outcome for our son's extremely complicated and difficult case. He created a positive atmosphere in an environment in which it was extremely difficult and allowed us to reach across various resources of the hospital system in a way we never could've figured out. I have seen lots of employees and workers, and he was a true leader. He is extraordinary; he should be rewarded for the great work he does. Thank you. It was our good fortune to work with Damon.
