Damra is a competent midwife. She is well organized, resourceful, and industrious in every way possible. She was born to be a team leader and a team player as well. Her skills in Labor and Delivery Unit are exceptional. She’s good with handling critical situations and is consistent in the quality of work she renders to all her patients. Damra truly shows her personalized care and comfort to every patient she encounters. Damra received the Best Nurse of the month award, Employee of the month for Nursing Department, as well as Employee of the Year in the whole SMG company. As her Head Nurse, I am proud that she is part of Labor and Delivery Unit because with her on duty, I am confident that everything in my unit will be well and good.
