Dan has always made me feel welcome and appreciated in my work, and I am thankful to have him as a nurse at our organization.
Dan always comes to work with a smile on his face. Dan makes sure to greet everybody he sees and is the first to offer help where needed. Dan is friendly and very approachable. If you search for Superman in the dictionary, you would find a picture of Dan. Dan embodies what it means to be a nurse. Everyone at HealthWest is so thankful to work with him.

I have worked with Dan as a coworker for the last 2 years, and I am proud to work alongside him. Dan always greets his patients and coworkers with a warm, friendly smile. He takes the time to really hear them and make them feel seen. We often work with crisis situations or get swamped with many appointments throughout the day, causing stress in the workplace. Despite this, Dan continues to slow the pace in the most positive way, listening to his patients and ensuring they are heard and receive the best care possible.
