Dan is very genuine and always treated me like an adult, not a little kid, which made a huge difference to me since I am 17. He came to see me and check in on me even when he wasn’t my nurse. He gave me lots of encouragement about how I was doing and always made me feel positive about my progress. Dan always listened to my questions and made me feel like I could ask anything I wanted.
