May 2020 Honoree
dan schuster, RN, BSN
We would like to commend Dan for the excellent care he provided to our 98-year-old father. We were all set to transfer my father to a facility in Haverford when an unexpected result from a TB test came back "indeterminate".
Dan arranged for a PPD test after overcoming a few barriers. Three days later after a negative PPD result, my father was accepted to another facility. Our father resided there in hospice care when he died peacefully.
Dan is also a patriot who respected my father was a Veteran of WWII, and on Veteran's Day, he brought a copy of a commendation from State Senator Dinniman and a flag pin to my father's room. We owe him a debt of gratitude and wanted to ensure that you were made aware of everything that Dan did for our father, and indirectly for us.
