The doctor explained things to me, but Dan went above and beyond to make sure that I understood and that my concerns were addressed. He continued to talk to me to help calm me. With his reassuring smile, I felt peace. He held my hand and explained what I was feeling was normal. Total compassion. Dan made me feel that I was his only concern.
