My husband had prostate surgery. When we got to our room, Dana was in charge - all preparations and care were very professional. She immediately spotted that his heart rate was too slow -37. She had an EKG done, also personal monitor, and called CHI cardiologist, my husband's doctor previously. All was done quickly and efficiently to identify the problem. Very impressed by this, her efficiency, and her quick thinking. She was kind and willing to answer questions.
Our entire experience in this surgery has been made a pleasant experience because of your excellent employees. We are long-time patients of the Heart Institute. The atmosphere of God's love permeates the entire huge facility. We are blessed to have you in the Chattanooga area.
