Dana Brubaker

Dana is literally a bright star in the darkest night. Dana has an extraordinary calm, sweet manner that puts patients, families, other nurses, faculty, and her own peers at ease. She connects with others by her positive attitude, smile, and laugh. At a clinical rotation, a patient's wife asked to compliment Dana and her care, which is a rare instance. This patient's family member was truly grateful to have had Dana as part of the team taking care of her husband.
