Dana made a true connection with my 91-year-old mother during her stay at Parkridge. She went above and beyond to see that Mom was cared for, comfortable, and happy! Here are a few examples: She didn't treat Mom like a number-they teased each other, shared family stories, and gave each other sweet compliments. Dana was quick to contact the doctor when Mom was hurting and her BP went up. Dana did her best to see that Mom was moved in order to avoid bed sores and blood clots. She took time to share popsicles one evening at the end of her shift.
