Dana is an amazing asset to the NICU. She is a transport nurse and an ECMO specialist. She has tons of energy and is always positive. She is constantly helping everyone she can throughout her shift. When we have nursing students on the unit Dana will round them up and tour them around the unit, show them the ECMO circuit and give the brief overview of it. She will also take them to Labor and Delivery, off unit procedures, and x-ray. She helps move patients in emergencies. She does so many wonderful things for nurses and patients. She is AMAZING.
