When Dana is on, she always volunteers to provide care for the patients with the knowledge that their care would add a large amount of work to her daily assignments. Dana always delivers care with a smile and with compassion. She will try multiple times and in multiple ways to get the job done. In short, Dana is a nurse, pharmacist, case manager and all at the same time.
Delivering care with a smile is her "signature". She always makes the patients feel special, like they are the only patient she has. She is absolutely an amazing nurse.
