Dana Kasner, RN

Dana is the kind of person that goes above and beyond her job duty as a RN. She makes a very good connection with the patients. In one case, she arranged a video call between her patient and his brother who was hospitalized on another unit. They were able to share moments that otherwise would not have been feasible. She visited her patient's brother, when her patient could not, to deliver video messages. The patient was reassured knowing Dana made sure his brother was able to hear his voice and be comforted during his hospitalization.
