Dana M Hoopes, RN

From the moment our Mom was brought to the 420 unit, Dana was wonderful and attentive.  She was welcoming to our whole family of 3 adult children traveling to see Mom from out of state.  Dana was able to share information (we have medical POA) in a way that was easy for us to understand.  She was attentive to the needs of both our Mom and her family.  Specifically, one of us is medically trained and therefore willing to jump up and assist with bedpans, cleaning bathroom accidents, and shifting Mom up in the bed.  Dana made that family member feel appreciated and helpful -not as though she was in the way at all.
