Dana keeps our patients and our staff safe. Her knowledge and passion for this area of nursing are evident. She is a patient teacher and is flexible to ensure she is there as the supporting cast for our nurses at the bedside. We have one of the lowest rates of CLABSI in the country, and it's because of Dana in ensuring we follow the standard of care expected.

To be a great teacher requires patience and an abundance of presence, which is always evident with Dana. You can walk the hallways, and she bounces everywhere out on the floors. When you ask Dana how she is, she is always smiling. She stated that she loves working at Saint Francis and that it is a special place. She is definitely one special kind of nurse.
