As I was collecting a lab sample, Dana was assisting with a line draw. The patient was very uncomfortable and wanted something to drink. The patient could not have any fluid since she just had surgery the night before. Dana was so supportive of the patient and helped her through some fears that she was having. She was able to calm her down and helped her with some swabs to help with her dry mouth. It was so nice to see the compassion that Dana shows her patients. Thank you, Dana.
