The care provided by Dana was truly exceptional. I have been a University Professor and taught BSN Nursing students for many years. Dana's commitment to her patients ranks above most nurses. She was knowledgeable, sensitive, humorous, and dedicated to her work. Few nurses have her ability to produce humor without hurting one's feelings. Her smile allows patients to relax and assists in the trials and tribulations associated with illness. One of her patients wanted to remain here as long as she could but was discharged.
