It's not just a story, it's her way of life. We all know that when a person is a patient in a hospital, they need your staff to help them. Dana's "love" and "caring" light up a room when she enters. Just what a patient needs. I have been in a lot of hospitals; never have I been treated any better than at your hospital. It would be remiss of me not to take the time to thank your staff. Many of them stand out, but none as much as Dana.
One can be sick and in pain, when Dana walks in their room, her constant smile and demeanor make the patient smile back and start feeling better immediately. At times, I look and feel that is the reason so many other staff members are smiling and pleasant. Just being around Dana, it rubs off. You are blessed to have knowledgeable and loving people on your staff. Dana is at the head of your class. It's just a shame that she can't be in all the hospital rooms at one time. Your hospital staff does a great job of hiring people like her. People learn from example; in Dana, you have the best example in this hospital and any other one I've ever been in. Keep up the great work! In just 3 days as my nurse, I feel I could write a book on how to treat people.
